Calcium rich Banana & Berry Smoothieby Kasia Serves 1This is an easy and quick breakfast recipe, perfect for summer.
1 small banana or 1/2 large one 1 tbsp stabilized wheat germ 3 heaped tbsp of sesame seeds 2 heaped tbsp strawberry or berry flavour soy yogurt 5 large strawberries
Optional: a pinch of cereal or crushed nuts for sprinkling
Put all ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth. Serve sprinkled with your favourite cereal or finely chopped nuts.
Variations: Experiment with different berries and yogurt flavours. Use as a topping on cereal.
