Muesli with Soy Milk and Yoghurt

Serves 1

This is a simple one:

1/2 cup good quality muesli
1/2-1 cup of warm or cold soy milk (or other non-dairy milk)
1 heaped tbsp soy yogurt (optional)
Fresh fruit or extra nuts for extra topping (optional)

Place muesli in a bowl, add milk and/or yogurt and serve topped with fresh fruit or chopped nuts.

Variations: try sprinkling it with yeast flakes, linseed meal or stabilised wheat germ for extra nutrients. Yummy!
