Pizza

Most ready made pizzas have cheese on, but it’s simple to assemble your own, less greasy vegan version. Simply buy a ready made base (check label to ensure its vegan), or make your own if you have the time.

Spread with a little pizza sauce (there are vegan ones available, eg. Leggos) then top with your favourite toppings. We have used:

Vegan pepperoni
Red onion, thinly sliced
Red capsicum, sliced
Mushrooms, sliced
Kalamata olives
Vegan ‘cheese’ – we used Cheezly
Rocket (added after cooking)

Bake in the oven for about 10-15 minutes.
