Breakfast Bread with Maple Syrup

This gluten free bread made by Vitality Bakehouse (Raffles Healthy Foods) was an exciting find. A loaf of bread that reminded me of Grandma’s homemade French toast and much easier to prepare. It’s available in selected health food shops or contact Raffles (03) 8761 6889 for distribution points near you. Here it’s served with fresh fruit and a dollop of soy yogurt

You’ll need:
2 pieces Breakfast Bread
vegan margarine
maple syrup

Heat up a cast iron skillet (works best) or frying pan lightly brushed with canola oil. Heat bread until browned on both sides. Serve with a lick of margarine and some maple syrup.
