This is a bit of a treat, good for a lazy Sunday morning, or late brunch.  It really isn’t a recipe as such, more an assembly job of your favourite breakfast items.  Choose from….
   
Veggie Sausages
Vegan Bacon
Scrambled Tofu
Baked beans
Fried or grilled mushrooms
Fried or grilled tomatoes
Hash browns (there are plenty of vegan frozen options available)
Toast or toasted English muffin
