Green Smoothie

Serves 1

This is a wonderful healthy start to the day. I use a mixture of spinach, lettuce (not iceberg), bok choy, Chinese broccoli, parsley and chicory leaves.

1 small banana
Juice of 2 oranges
Half a mango (optional)
1-2 handfuls of greens

Blend all ingredients until smooth, add a little water if the smoothie is too thick.
