Cereal - Sultana Flakes

Whole wheat flakes with sultanas is a hearty breakfast that’s been around for years. This particular brand is from Aldi’s and is 25% sultanas. It’s high in fibre, iron and especially folate (50% RDI). Slice up a ripe banana and voila!

You’ll need:
1 bowl Sultana Flakes
1 cup soy milk (chilled)
