Q: What made you become vegan and when?
Nick: My parents raised me as a vegan, and I couldn't ask for anything more! I'm very happy with my veganism.
Q: What’s your favourite meal?
Nick: Pasta with tomato sauce and Nutmeat!
Q: What do you cook the best, do you have a favourite recipe you’d like to share?
Nick: Uh...I’m not really one to cook but I can do baked beans with Vegemite toast :)
Q: Are many of your family and friends vegans?
Nick: Of course, my whole immediate family is.
Q: What makes you happy?
Nick: Being with my friends, listening to music, being inside when it's raining outside, being with my family and a whole lot more.
Q: What do you do to relax and unwind?
Nick: I really like listening to thunderstorms.
Q: How do you keep fit?
Nick: Running :)
Q: Do you have a favourite movie/book/blog that inspired you that you’d like to share?
Nick: I love Stephen King novels, and playing video games. Also, as far as movies go, I like Christian Bale.
Q: Do you have a favourite restaurant?
Nick: Not really, anything will do. Although I like Chinese food, stir fries are the best!
Q: What’s been the best part of being a vegan?
Nick: The knowledge that I am not only saving animals lives, but a lot of people whom I interact with find out about some of my ideals and how easy it is to be a vegan.
Q: Have you found any difficulties being vegan?
Nick: Nothing really major. Not eating fast food is more of a benefit :)
