250g peanuts (unsalted)
1 tsp mild paprika
1 tsp salt
1 tsp chilli flakes
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp oil
Heat oil in a pan, tip in peanuts and fry until starting to brown, shaking the pan regularly.
Add paprika, salt, chilli and sugar to the pan and continue to cook, stirring for a minute or two (until sugar has dissolved).
Remove from heat and allow to cool.
