This may seem obvious but… avoid taking nutritional advice from people on the internet who know nothing about nutrition (this includes a lot of doctors, who typically get less than 24 hours worth of nutrition training, some medical schools offer no nutrition instruction at all).Try to take your advice from people who have studied nutrition. If you are concerned about your health/diet try to see a registered dietitian who is knowledgeable about vegan diets.
