Chocolate Ginger Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup cooked soybeans (non GMO) or chickpeas or white beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup fortified plant-based milk
  • 2 tsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp ground flaxseeds
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, sliced

METHOD

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend till smooth.
