I have been vegan for 4 years, and vegetarian 6 years prior. Once I was aware about the environmental, ethical, health and sustainable benefits of being vegan; there was no way I was turning back.
In between working and completing higher degree research, I thoroughly enjoy developing vegan recipes, practicing my amateur food photography skills and sharing this love of mine on Instagram. With my recipes, I want to show the world how abundant, creative, diverse and nutritious a plant-based diet can be!
